What is a thermal transfer label?
A thermal transfer label is printed by melting ink from a ribbon onto the label surface. Unlike direct thermal, the print does not fade with heat or time, making TTL labels the standard for product barcoding, inventory, and any label that must stay readable for months or years.

What does TTL label mean?
TTL stands for Thermal Transfer Label, a die-cut label printed with a thermal transfer ribbon (wax, wax-resin, or resin) on a barcode printer. In Pakistan, "TTL label" is the common trade name for barcode label rolls.
What is 1-up, 2-up, and 3-up?
It is the number of labels across the roll. A 3-up 38x28 roll has three 38mm labels side by side, printing three at a time on a 4-inch printer. Faster and cheaper per label than 1-up.
Which core size should I order?
1" (25mm) core fits desktop printers (TSC TE244, Zebra ZD220/ZD420, Godex G500). 3" (76mm) core suits industrial printers and high-count rolls. 1.5" (38mm) is a common middle option.
Paper, PP, or PET, which material?
Chromo paper is standard for indoor retail use. PP (polypropylene) resists water and tearing for freezer, bathroom, and outdoor products. PET/polyester is for asset tags and harsh industrial conditions.
Can you make a size that is not listed?
Yes. We die-cut custom sizes in-house. Any width up to 110mm, any height, any labels-per-roll count, with optional pre-printed logo or color zones.
