What is the difference between direct thermal and thermal transfer printing?
Direct thermal prints with heat on chemically coated paper, no ribbon, cheaper, but the print fades in 1–3 years and with heat exposure. Thermal transfer melts ink from a ribbon onto the label, giving a long-life print. Receipts and shipping labels are direct thermal; product barcodes and durable labels are thermal transfer.
What is a TTL label?
TTL means Thermal Transfer Label, the Pakistani trade term for die-cut barcode label rolls printed with a ribbon on printers like Zebra, TSC, and Godex.
Which ribbon should I use for which label?
Wax ribbon for paper labels indoors. Wax-resin for coated paper and PP labels that face handling, moisture, or cold storage. Resin for PET/PVC labels and garment wash care that must survive chemicals, heat, or washing.
What label size do I need for retail barcoding?
38x28mm is the Pakistani retail standard. It fits an EAN-13 barcode plus name and price. Smaller items use 28x19 or 30x19; cartons use 75x50; shipping uses 100x150 (4x6").
What thermal roll size fits my POS printer?
80mm for standard POS receipt printers (Epson, Black Copper, Xprinter); 57mm for card terminals, small billing machines, and token systems. The width is marked inside the printer roll compartment.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Daily dispatch from Rawalpindi to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, and every other city via courier and cargo, typically 2–3 working days.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard products start at carton quantities (for example 50+ rolls). Custom die-cut sizes and pre-printed items carry higher MOQs. WhatsApp us your requirement for exact terms.
Can you manufacture custom label sizes?
Yes. We die-cut in-house, so any width up to 110mm, any height, any labels-per-roll count, and custom core sizes are possible.
Can you pre-print my logo on labels or receipt rolls?
Yes. Flexo pre-printing in 1–2 colors on thermal rolls, and logos/color zones on label stock before die-cutting. MOQ applies.
Local or imported stock, which is better?
We supply both. Locally manufactured stock offers the best price and availability for everyday use; imported premium grades suit demanding applications (high-speed printers, long archival life, export compliance). We advise honestly per application.
Why don’t you publish prices on the website?
Thermal paper and ribbon prices move with international paper rates and the dollar. Published prices would be stale within weeks. WhatsApp us. You get today’s real factory rate, fast.
How much cheaper is buying from a manufacturer?
Buying factory-direct removes the trader and importer margin, so bulk pricing is meaningfully lower. Message us with your quantity for exact rates.
What are the payment terms?
Bank transfer against order for new customers. Established customers and dealers can discuss credit terms. Bulk COD is available in some cities.
What is the lead time?
Standard sizes ship from stock. Same or next day. Custom die-cut or pre-printed orders take 5–10 working days depending on quantity.
Which printers are your labels and ribbons compatible with?
All major thermal printers sold in Pakistan: Zebra, TSC, Godex, Citizen, Argox, Xprinter, and barcode weighing scales (CAS, Digi, Aclas, Rongta). Tell us your model and we supply the correct core and winding.
Do you supply wash care labels for garment exporters?
Yes. Taffeta and satin wash care stock with matched resin ribbons, or fully printed care labels with ISO 3758 symbols. This is a specialty line for Faisalabad, Sialkot, Karachi, and Lahore exporters.
How many labels does one ribbon print?
A 300m ribbon prints roughly 20,000 labels of 38x28mm; a 74m Zebra desktop ribbon prints about 5,000. Actual count depends on label height.
