What are wash care labels made of?

Satin or taffeta, which should I use?
Taffeta is the workhorse: cheaper, crisp print, slightly stiffer feel. Satin is softer and glossier, used for premium garments, babywear, and brands that care about skin feel.
Which care symbols are required for export?
ISO 3758 care symbols (wash temperature, bleach, dry, iron, professional care) plus fiber content and country of origin. US shipments follow FTC care labeling rules. Your buyer’s spec sheet defines the exact layout.
Will the print survive industrial washing?
Yes. Resin ribbon on taffeta/satin survives 50+ wash cycles including hot washes. This is the combination export QA labs test against.
